Hi there! My name is Conrad O’Connell, a Digital Marketing Consultant based just north of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
If you’ve read around the site some, you’ve seen me say that I do things a bit differently.
It comes down to a few core values that while others pay lip service to, I live and breathe it.
I’m honest. This means a pretty simple thing: I don’t mislead you. No dirty sales tactics, no lies about your website structure, no over promising results while I secretly don’t know, none of it. I learned a long time ago that being honest with my clients, even if it means a short-term negative for me, wins in the long run. A thousand times over.
I’m an effective communicator. From day one, I’ll have a direct line to you with frequent updates and notes. I find that many clients working with other digital marketing companies in the past universally complain about a lack of context and status updates. Instead, I can break my work down in plain-English that explains what we’re working on and how it’ll help you reach your marketing goals.
Not every marketing consultant or company is like this; not even close. Many large agencies provide vague reports with general descriptions (above your head so you don’t question it) with their monthly invoice. Not me. From the first report, you’ll get detailed reports of what was worked on with an organized tactic report showing you what’s being working on, the progress and expected timeline to completion.
Lastly, and what keeps my clients incredibly happy, is my commitment to your success. When I sign on as your digital marketing partner, you’re part of my business family. I treat your business as I do my own; with all the love and care it deserves. This means no fluff to meet minimum budget requirements and it also means that at the end of every month, I’m expecting to grow your business just as you’ve helped grow mine. Past my values, I am fun loving. I create fun side projects to push myself. I’m a husband, dog lover and dedicated Patriots fan.
